To monitor the TEC platform and to determine and provide the appropriate response to meet people's individual needs.
To ensure that all users of the TEC service are safe and feel supported in all aspects of daily living, so that physical, emotional and social needs are met in accordance with their support plans enabling people to dare to reach their goals and aspirations as independently as possible.

Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: QualificationsSVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Scotland) or Level 3 Diploma in Care (England) Experience Experience of getting to know people individually and ensuring their needs are met in a way that is caring, kind and respectful.
