What makes Community Integrated Care a great place to work: Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Care Centre Operator to provide the first point of contact service for individuals accessing support through Technology Enabled Care devices.
To monitor the TEC platform and to determine and provide the appropriate response to meet people's individual needs.
To ensure that all users of the TEC service are safe and feel supported in all aspects of daily living, so that physical, emotional and social needs are met in accordance with their support plans enabling people to dare to reach their goals and aspirations as independently as possible.
This role will be based at our Widnes Head Office and is a bank position Our charity is proud to have been named the Charity Times 'Charity of the Year /20'.
Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: QualificationsSVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Scotland) or Level 3 Diploma in Care (England) Experience Experience of getting to know people individually and ensuring their needs are met in a way that is caring, kind and respectful.
Understanding of person-centred support Proven track record of working in a health or social care setting Previous experience of working across multiple sites Previous experience of working with various client groups Skills / AbilitiesDemonstrating Personal Qualities – A Place I Belong/ Changing Lives - It's all about you…you'll have high level of self-awareness and enjoy developing new skills and abilities.
