Job overviewWe have an exciting opportunity for an optometrist to join our friendly and forward-looking team. We are particularly looking for someone with hospital contact lens and paediatric experience.
The successful candidate will join a team of 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioners, 10 orthoptists, 6 optometrists, 2 Ophthalmic Scientific Practitioners, and our ECLO.
Main duties of the jobTo work within the multi-disciplinary team managing a wide and complex clinical caseload.Working collaboratively to ensure the effective running of the ophthalmology service.To develop extended roles and continually audit the optometry service.Working for our organisationWe are at a pivotal point in our history and we require individuals who are ready to join a highly professional team and make a real, lasting difference to our patients.
