Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our Band 6 Rehab Rotational scheme, rotating on a 9 monthly rotation in the following clinical areas: o Acute Stroke Unit o Emergency Department (ED) o Early Supported Discharge (ESD) o Medical o Community Inpatient Rehabilitation - Farnham This rotation will allow you to develop as a Band 6 and gain experience in a supportive and friendly environment.

To provide a high standard physiotherapy service in assessing and treating patients who may have an acute, complex presentation.
To work alongside and communicate with Primary care providers and community services to ensure a safe rapid assessment and discharge of patients in an acute, fast paced environment.
To supervise and teach recently qualified physiotherapists / technicians / assistants and students and be involved in teaching MDT staff.
To participate in CPD and other departmental activities.
Please note that we would consider a 6-month developmental B5-B6 post if the candidate has completed a respiratory rotation and is on-call competent.
