This includes undertaking highly skilled and specialist work in the musculoskeletal/sportsand training injury area.To provide a positive caring environment, in which patients can expect a high-quality professionalservice.Provide full support to the line manager in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive andprofessional rehabilitation service for entitled personnel.
This will include undertaking highly skilledand specialist work, peer review and support to Junior/other physiotherapists and ExerciseRehabilitation Instructor (ERIs) working within the Unit.

Job description Job responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for the roleinclude but are not limited to: To perform highly skilled physiotherapeutic assessment of patients referred byConsultants, General Practitioners, other Healthcare Professionals and by directaccess requests with diverse presentations and complex and acute/chronic physicalconditions and sports injuries.
To use clinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis.
To formulate, develop and deliver a specialised individualised treatment programmebased upon evidence-based practice, manual assessment, and appropriate clinicalreasoning.
To communicate effectively with patients to ensure informed consent forIf not available, please specify reasons:Current Civil Service Policy and routine day to day management of the Unit necessitates routineon site care.

Person Specification Registrations and Memberships Essential Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP).
State Registered Physiotherapist (HCPC) Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
