This will include undertaking highly skilled and specialist work in the musculo-skeletal/sports and training injury area including group therapy.

Job description Job responsibilities Duties and responsibilities forthe role include but are not limited to:Performinghighly skilled physiotherapeutic assessment of patients referred by the MedicalOfficer (MO) or regional physiotherapy teams.
Presentations may be diverseincluding complex and acute/chronic physical and psychological conditions plussports injuries.
The post holder will use their reasoning skills toprovide an accurate clinical diagnosis.Formulating,developing and delivering a specialised individualised treatment programmebased upon evidence based practice, manual assessment and appropriate clinicalreasoning.Communicatingeffectively with patients to ensure informed consent for treatment, goodunderstanding of their conditions and maximising their rehabilitationpotential.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Degree in Physiotherapy plus additional specialist training or experience to post graduate diploma level or equivalent.
Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP) State Registered Physiotherapist (HPC).
