Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Therapy Services team at Warrington Hospital.
This role involves delivering high-quality therapy services to patients across various acute settings, ensuring optimal recovery and functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized therapy plans for patients in acute care settings.
Provide interventions to address physical, functional, and cognitive needs, supporting rehabilitation and recovery.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and ensure timely discharge planning.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date clinical records.
Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, promoting independence and quality of life.
Key Requirements: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
Minimum of 6 months NHS experience in acute therapy services.
Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
