Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality diagnostic services in Cellular Pathology.
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support clinical services.
Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and ensure the correct use of equipment.
Essential Qualifications & Skills: IBMS accredited Biomedical Sciences degree (or equivalent degree accredited with IBMS).
Current HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
IBMS Specialist Diploma in Cellular Pathology or equivalent level of knowledge.
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) .
Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret laboratory results.
Experience in Cellular Pathology or similar laboratory-based discipline is desirable.
