As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be integral in delivering high-quality care while promoting the wellbeing and recovery of patients.
What you'll need: A Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN) and a valid UK NMC Pin .
A clear DBS check.
Experience in developing care plans , conducting assessments, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide clear information to patients, families, and other professionals.
Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism, patience, and compassion.
Strong organisational skills , including the ability to manage a caseload and work effectively under pressure.

Your day to day: Patient Care & Safety: Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients is upheld to the highest standards.
Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments of new patients and create tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
Daily Care Plan Updates: Regularly update care plans, ensuring they reflect the evolving needs of each patient.
Medication Administration: Safely administer and accurately record medication as per patient care requirements.
Collaboration with External Providers: Liaise with external healthcare providers and suppliers to ensure seamless care delivery.
Staff Performance & Rotas: Monitor and support care staff performance, and ensure efficient staffing rotas are in place to meet the needs of the service.
Person-Centred Care: Use a person-centred approach to ensure all patients' needs are met with privacy, dignity, and respect.
