Job summary We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance of complex mechanical control systems across the diverse building services of the Trust estate.
Please note; You must have the following qualifications: Recognised time servedapprenticeship, or City & Guilds inMechanical Engineering/Plumbing orBTEC (ONC) in Engineering or above If you do not hold these qualifications we are unable to shortlisting to interview.

The role is based at Watford General Hospital, however there may be occasions when the role will be required to travel across the other sites.
You will have the ability to analyse complex faults and undertake rectifications to ensure continuity of service.
You will be able to prioritise workloads, identify potential improvement to operational system and management processes in order to increase departmental efficiencies.
Please note- You must be able to travel to site for emergency on-call within an hour.
