Band 2 Healthcare Assistants - Day Shifts Only - Belfast Trust

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Band 2 HCAs to work in the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.
We are looking for candidates that can commit to working day shifts across various departments between the hours of 7am and 8pm.
The successful candidates will play an essential role in supporting the nursing staff and delivering high-quality patient care.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing vital care to our patients.
Minimum Requirements: Help patients with their daily needs, making sure they feel comfortable and happy.
Assist patients in moving and getting around, so they feel safe and confident.
Keep an eye on patients health signs and write them down, so we can help them quickly if anything changes.
Be a friendly presence for patients, offering emotional support and being a friend.
Encourage patients to do things they enjoy, like activities and hobbies, to boost their mood and well-being.
Make sure patients wishes are heard by talking with them and the healthcare team.
