Their clients range from small businesses to large enterprises, spanning industries such as farming, transport & logistics, and renewable energy.
They manage IT infrastructure for over 100 businesses, delivering tailored solutions to meet their daily operational needs.
In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job: Network Installation & Configuration Troubleshooting & Performance Monitoring Day-to-Day IT Support Network Upgrades & Optimization Documentation & Reporting Risk Management Task Prioritization & Communication Customer Support & Escalation Maintenance & Updates Continued Learning Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits: £17,500 per annum Monday to Friday (07:30am 4pm, 08:30am 5pm, 9am 17:30pm with a 1 hour break) Casual dress code Company events and team-building activities Company pension On-site parking Paid sick leave Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role Knowledge of network protocols, VLAN configuration, lease lines, and day-to-day IT troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A customer-first approach with a focus on providing efficient, professional service.
A valid driver's license and local residency for site visits.
