Baker

We are looking for a skilled baker to join our team.
We are a traditional craft bakery which has an established reputation for making the highest quality bread.
Applicants must have experience of working as a craft/traditional baker and be skilled in making sourdoughs and specialist breads.
We are looking for conscientious reliable people who can work well and at speed in a small friendly team.
This is not a job where you will be stuck on a production line in a trading estate.
Our kitchens are on view to our customers meaning that they appreciate your work and you are part of the whole team.
The job involves; Helping with the production of breads Mixing, moulding and shaping breads Ensuring food hygiene regulations are followed Shifts are early morning starts including Friday night/Saturday morning but the shops are closed Sundays.
Candidates must have permission to work in the UK and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: £35,000.00 to £45,000 per year depending on experience.
Salary increase within 6 months if you are good.
