Baker Job Overview Chapmans Farm Fresh, an award winning retailer has an opportunity for a skilled Baker to join our team in an busy production kitchen.

Monday to Friday 6am to approx.
2.30pm No Nights or weekend work Duties will include but not limited to: Preparing and baking a variety of cakes, buns, tray-bakes and desserts daily You will be adding the finishing touches to our cakes and buns while working towards producing goods of the highest quality Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards maintained.
Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed Supporting the overall kitchen operations Essential skills: Proven experience as a baker or in a relevant role in a busy kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Ability to work on your own and within a team Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both baking and kitchen management Flexible with regards hours of work in line with the needs of the business Reliability Rate of pay will depend on experience.
