\nSalary: Starting from £35,802 dependent on experience

\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n\nTo carry out routine work with limited supervision & have an understanding of safety consequences in a high-risk environment\nLiaise/Interface with relevant stakeholders to endure activities are undertaken in a safe & compliant manner\nInstruct & mentor less experienced members of the team within your knowledge & competency\nResponsible for research, review & feedback of appropriate documentation to the required standard \nKeep full and accurate records of work activities carried out as required by policy, procedure & legislation\nAccountable for your own actions \nResponsible for self-development and attending any mandatory training requirements \nTo represent the Company on Contractors Sea Trials and other outworking requirements \nResponsible for delivering assigned activities in line with company policy, procedures and legislation\nDemonstrates and awareness of product knowledge \n\nYour skills and experiences:
\n\nAbility to provide technical knowledge to emergent incidents \nSkilled in the use of Microsoft packages & company specific software\nPrevious Strategic Weapons System knowledge \nControl of works (Safety) knowledge\nTesting & Commissioning air & fluid pipework systems, e.g.
air, water.
Hydraulics & nitrogen which support the Missile Tubes \nAbility to conduct Mechanical System inspections and approve documentation\nHNC/HND or equivalent in related discipline or STEM subject\n\nBenefits:

\nThe Commissioning SWO team:
\nAs a Senior Commissioning Engineer – SWO, you will be testing mechanical elements of the launcher & SWSS equipment, Fluid & Air systems, Nitrogen, Water and Hydraulics etc and you will also have the opportunity to support at sea trials.
\nThe role will provide you with the opportunity of working on Strategic Weapon Systems which is a specialist area with unique design and challenges.
You will be working closely with US contractors and Government with the chance of travel to the US.
