Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the production and finishing of high-quality precast concrete components.
Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Preparing moulds, pouring concrete, and ensuring precise finishes.
Following production schedules to meet deadlines.
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What Were Looking For: Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is beneficial but not essential.
A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
