David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading travel management, corporate card and expense management company that is looking to recruit Italian speaking B2B Travel Agent to join their team in the UK.
Position: Travel Agent Location: remote, United Kingdom Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist travelers with best-in-class personalized support Solve issues with any travel or tech related help they may require, ranging from standard platform queries to last-minute emergency travel situations Stay up to date with travel industry and platform knowledge to deliver unparalleled service and support further company's success Build meaningful relationships across global teams Provide feedback to product and engineering team necessary for product improvement Meet and exceed KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Italian, both oral and written.
Fluent in English (C1 or higher)  Previous working experience in a customer service roles, ideally covering travel and hotel segments  Previous experience working with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is essential Metrics driven as an indicator and motivator of success A skilled communicator who enjoys creating personalized verbal and written communication A team player who thrives in collaborating, giving and receiving feedback and lifting others up Computer literate and confident using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce as well as our unique, in-house, travel customer service platform Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings and weekends), as we scale our support organization Resettlement/Legal status to live and work in the UK already in place Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07 AM - 10 PM, rotating schedules.
