About the Role - As a specialist Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in every aspect of the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to managing & developing client relationships.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates within the STEM sectors.

Responsibilities Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process.
Identify and attract outstanding candidates through a variety of techniques, such as headhunting, referrals and networking.
Building long-lasting, deep client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills (with full training) such as negotiation and objection handling.
Coaching & Development to enhanced sales skills such as SPIN, MEDICC and others.
Meet clients, understand their business needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
Research and fully immerse yourself into creating your own brand portfolio.
Attending events at some of the world's most iconic buildings and landmarks.
Qualifications - A University Degree in any subject is preferred but not essential.
Required Skills A background in any sales or sales-type discipline - working with customers in a fast-paced and commercial setting is key.
