You You're the person slap bang in the middle of a Venn diagram with labels like 'good at writing', 'strategic thinker', 'geeky about tech', 'understands how B2B companies operate'...and a few others.
You've spent time at B2B marketing and content agencies, or maybe in-house at a growing B2B company.
But you don't just take writing briefs and execute on them.
You're comfortable shaping your own briefs, taking complex, unstructured input and turning it into a coherent, compelling, beautifully simple story.
Longform, short, for print, web, email, video, whatever.
You've got the skills to half-arse the job, but you've also got the standards that mean you'd never allow yourself to.
You think about content 'strategy' but you've been around long enough to know that no two agencies agree on what that word means, so you might want to grill us on our own approach.
In other words, you're not just someone who 'wordsmiths' content.
You try not to cringe when people say stuff like that because, you know what, it is hard to write nice sentences.
The job might be a thinking job as much as it's a writing job, but it's still a writing job, and you have a portfolio that proves you've got natural style and fluency.
Us We're a small team of marketers and creatives building a B2B marketing agency on a few firm principles.

We're growing, and you will play a critical part in that growth.
