B2B Campaign Executive Salary: DOE Hours: 37.5 per week/Monday-Friday Job Type: Permanent, Fulltime Location: Remote Purpose of Role : To support strategic growth targets for Work Family Teams, by designing and executing campaigns for both client and target market audiences to generate engagement and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Working In Partnership with : Thought Leadership team to create campaign strategies that are sympathetic to external influences Marketing Send team to organise and plan campaign schedules, email marketing design, output, and data Content team – creating messaging and stories for campaign narratives Creative team – create assets, collateral and campaign visuals where needed Client Engagement team – compliment and create consistency across client liaison messaging and CTAs Develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders i.e., Client Relations Team and Sales team to understand their key priorities and collaborate with colleagues in the US in relation to ongoing campaign marketing efforts.
Essential Experience : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in B2B marketing, in both demand generation and customer marketing.
Experience of ABM a bonus.
A collaborative approach, capable of meeting the needs of internal and external customers and understanding their requirements in alignment with business objectives.
A growth mindset – a strong understanding of campaign strategy, design and execution.
Visual literacy and creativity with an excellent eye for detail.
Adaptable and positive attitude towards change in a growing organisation, with a drive to find ways to enhance sales and marketing campaign processes Campaign reporting – setting and reporting on key campaign metrics, interpreting campaign data to make recommendations for development Proficient in using Microsoft Office package Desired Skills and Experience: Graduate-level qualification, preferably in a marketing discipline or relevant experience in a B2B Marketing role that can demonstrate campaign management both strategically and tactically.
Personal Attributes: Excellent influencer, and effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
Highly motivated and driven, consistently achieving positive impact and meeting deadlines.
Ability to build trust High energy and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining a calm approach and a "can-do" attitude.
Able to effectively use data and numerical details to inform strategy, measure impact, and drive quality and growth.
