Chapman Tate Associates is thrilled to partner with a top Managed Service Provider in Birmingham in search of a Lead Azure Engineer.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at guiding and mentoring technical teams, helping to shape a high-performing cloud services team.
As a Lead Azure Engineer, you will: Mentor and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and skill development.
Act as a subject matter expert on Azure, supporting team members and clients with in-depth technical insights and solutions.
Drive the team's success by establishing standards and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met, coordinating the team's response to complex technical challenges.
Continuously improve team capabilities by promoting knowledge sharing, professional growth, and ongoing training.
To excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience managing Azure environments with a focus on team leadership and mentoring.
Strong technical knowledge of Azure services and infrastructure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, ARM Templates, Terraform) is beneficial.
