This global video streaming company is on the hunt for an exceptional AWS Architect with experience in media package and/or media live to join this dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you'll craft sophisticated software solutions that power next-generation platforms, all while collaborating with a talented group of engineers and developers.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy AWS Media Services solutions (AWS Elemental MediaConvert, MediaLive, MediaPackage, etc.)
for live streaming, VOD, and content distribution.
Architect scalable, low-latency video workflows using AWS CloudFront, S3, and other relevant AWS services.
Develop, manage, and optimize end-to-end video processing workflows for both live and on-demand content.
Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in media pipelines, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Provide expertise on video streaming protocols such as HLS, DASH, RTP/RTSP, and low-latency streaming.
Monitor system performance and optimize media workflows for cost-efficiency and scalability .
Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS Media Services features and industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience: Solid experience of hands-on experience working with AWS Media Services (Elemental MediaConvert, MediaLive, MediaTailor, MediaStore, MediaPackage, etc.).
Deep understanding of video streaming technologies, encoding/transcoding workflows, and video file formats.
Strong experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, RDS, IAM).
Familiarity with media transport protocols (RTMP, HLS, MPEG-DASH, CMAF) and DRM solutions .
Proven experience with live streaming, VOD, and real-time media applications.
Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
for managing AWS infrastructure.
AWS certifications (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect , AWS Certified DevOps Engineer ) are a plus.
