Avionics Technician

Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highly skilled Avionics Technician for one of its clients in Everett, Seattle, Washington.

Position Title: Avionics Technician Location: Everett, Seattle, Washington Contract Type: Full Time – 12 Months (Leading to Permanent Position) Pay Rate: $42 - $48 Additional Benefit: Ticket To Workplace Responsibilities: Ensure all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federal regulations, customer guidelines and company policies and all employees are working efficiently on their assigned tasks.
Conduct daily and impromptu crew meetings to ensure prompt communication of all significant information to maintenance crews.
Performs assigned maintenance work including inspection, testing, adjusting, and repairing avionics equipment, such as radar, radio, navigation, auto pilot, and compass systems, installed in aircraft.
Inspects components of avionics equipment for defects, such as loose connections and frayed wire, and for accuracy of assembly and installation.
Tests avionics equipment under simulated or actual operating conditions to determine performance and airworthiness, using test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, digital meters, counters, and circuit analyzers.
? Requirements: Experience: Three to five years' experience in related aircraft avionics preferred.
Certificates/Licenses: A&P License or Repairman's Certificate preferred.
