As one of our highly skilled Counter Managers you will provide welcoming, authentic, and personalised service to our customers to achieve all customer service and sales targets.

Qualifications About you While you may, or may not have a qualification in haircare we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed.
You will have: Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment Ability to deliver services and product demos to clients utilising state of the art technology Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed Experience of creating and executing in-store events Flexible availability across days/hours.
