Job DescriptionSales Manager Package Details: OTE up to £50KCompany CarCompany Pension SchemeAfter 3 years service you will receive an extra 3 days holiday We are working with a main car dealership, who are looking to appoint an experienced Automotive Sales Manager.Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can prove their exceptional record of achievement.
You will be currently working as a Sales Manager and will have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role.
You will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities.
You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional in your approach.
Working Hours:8:30-6:00pm 5 Days per week Monday – Saturday with one 7pm finish on rota.
Sales Manager Role: Driving the performance of the department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectivesControlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordinglyResponsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the departmentCustomer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position As a Sales Manager: You must have at least 2 years working in a Sales Manager position within a car dealership.Have a passion for success and achieving your objectivesBe organised individual who can prioritise workload effectivelyHave experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the departmentBe an excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamicPossess excellent customer service skills
