Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable advice on our vehicle selection.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct test drives and showcase the features and advantages of our vehicles.
Negotiate and finalize sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Stay informed about product knowledge and competitor offerings.
Efficiently manage all sales administration and paperwork.
Requirements: At least 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-driven with a focus on results.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including certain Saturdays and some Sundays.
A valid drivers license and the right to work in the UK.
