Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a qualified Paint Technician.
As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation and spraying of accident damaged vehicles to their original condition using state of the art equipment.
joining a team of well established skilled Panel Beaters and MET technicians.
The contract is for 40 hours but can be worked over either 4 or 5 days at £35,000 plus an excellent performance related bonus paid monthly, plus overtime offering an uncapped OTE with potential earnings of £75,000 Qualifications A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 At least 2 years experience within the role and references Proficiency in assessing vehicle damage and selecting appropriate repair methods Knowledge of vehicle construction and functionality Ability to use various tools and equipment for repair work Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently A full driving licence Benefits Performance related bonus Company Pension Scheme 28 days holiday (incl bank holidays) Colleague purchase scheme Plus loads more
