About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Paint Shop Department.

Role and Responsibilities Preparing and painting visual carbon fibre and other surfaces to a high standard, both primed and unprimed Preparing component surfaces using aqua blasters, orbital sanders and manual sanding techniques Following standard operating procedures and visual aids to ensure consistency and quality Masking components prior to paint application using masking tapes and paper Mixing paint by volume and viscosity to approved documentation and specifications Applying paint by spray techniques to the required PQS Mixing paints and lacquers in accordance with technical data sheets Maintaining and cleaning painting/lacquering equipment Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in automotive and/or aerospace paint spraying is highly desirable Strong skills in surface preparation and knowledge of paint application techniques Experience in mixing paints and lacquers, with a particular advantage for those familiar with matt lacquers Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions, including technical data sheets and visual aids Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work Effective team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude, able to collaborate closely with colleagues and work independently when needed Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback professionally Excellent timekeeping and reliability, with a consistent attendance record Maintain a professional, accountable, and proactive attitude at all times Additional Information Working pattern.
Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm Overtime.
Available Salary.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience Other.
