Location: Bristol - 2-3 days per week in the office

The firm is seeking a Process Automation Specialist to analyze and enhance legal processes through the innovative use of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and other legal technology tools.
This position requires a combination of analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and technical expertise to implement automation solutions, driving efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction within the legal domain.

Key Responsibilities Analyze existing legal processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, particularly in document handling, case management, and client interaction.
Design and implement automation workflows tailored to the legal industry using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with legal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the firm's strategic objectives and compliance standards.
Develop and maintain documentation for automated legal processes, including process maps and user guides specific to legal contexts.
Provide training and support to legal staff on new automation tools and processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration into daily operations.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of legal automation solutions, making adjustments as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the firm.
Skills & Experience Required Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on legal process optimization.
Proven experience in process analysis and automation within a legal environment, ideally with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
Strong technical skills, including the ability to code and configure automation solutions tailored to legal workflows.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with legal professionals and support staff.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Familiarity with legal software, case management systems, and compliance requirements within the legal industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the legal sector.
Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or other relevant legal technologies.
Experience in developing custom connectors and APIs for integration with legal systems and Power Automate.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to legal process automation.

The IT team consists of developers, technical professionals, and analysts providing support across the firm.
They also work on continual business process improvements, best practices, and policy enhancement, ensuring seamless collaboration across the firm.
