This Autism Support Assistant role in Southwark offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference while gaining valuable experience.
Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ASD, helping them succeed both academically and emotionally.
Run intervention sessions to boost pupils development in key areas.
Encourage children to engage with classroom activities , fostering participation and inclusion.
Support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, helping them regulate emotions and engage with their learning environment.

Collaborate with SENCo, Psychologists, and Therapists for a multidisciplinary learning experience.
Full-time hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm , Monday to Friday.
Competitive pay of £480-£520 per week .
Role starting immediately Essential Requirements: Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology from a top UK university.
Genuine interest in supporting SEND students, particularly those with ASD.
