As an Autism Support Assistant , you will collaborate closely with school staff, SEN specialists, and parents to tailor strategies that support each students unique needs.
Youll assist in creating a structured, inclusive environment, helping students with social skills, classroom participation, and emotional resilience.
Key qualities we seek in an Autism Support Assistant include empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in SEN support or working with children with autism is highly valued.
