This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in the personal, social, and learning lives of young people with autism and learning disabilities.Job SummaryThis role involves working 4 days a week, providing education and support to young people with complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Non-Verbal and Pre-Verbal and Communicational difficulties.
The ideal candidate will be able to help prepare learning materials, run classroom activities, and connect with pupils to get the best from their education.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing learning materials and delivering classroom activitiesBuild strong relationships with pupils and young people, helping them achieve their full potentialSupport pupils with complex needs, including those with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Non-Verbal and Pre-Verbal and Communicational difficultiesRequirementsThe successful candidate will possess a Full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
They will also hold GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
