JMC Aviation are working with an MRO company based in Manchester , looking to recruit a new Authorisations & Training Administrator to join their team.
This client is an international line and base maintenance provider, operating a comprehensive level of support for commercial aircraft operators.
As an independent MRO, they are able to adapt their approach to respond to rapidly changing requirements and provide services which include component repairs, overhauls, piece part manufacture, aircraft fuel tank repairs, aircraft maintenance, aircraft interiors and AOG support.

This is a Permanent Position based in Manchester .
Working Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday, 08:30 - 14:30.

Other Duties Involve Maintaining an authorisation system and ensuring staff have received correct training for such authorisations Promoting a strong compliance framework and mitigating potential risks Coordinating and maintaining certification authorisation records Maintaining all quality logbooks, spreadsheets and electronic trackers Assisting the Director of Compliance & Safety with the development and management of compliance/safety documentation relating to authorisations and training Maintaining controlled documents folders, authorisation stamp control and training records Managing controlled documents reviews and updating workflow using proprietary system Managing filing system for all quality record types, controlled documentation and archiving of all Quality documentation Managing the compliance inbox, answering and escalating compliance queries to the relevant contacts In order to be successful in this role the Authorisations & Training Administrator will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes Proven experience within an administration function Familiarity of aircraft maintenance or airline environment desirable Familiarity of a compliance or safety environment with experience of quality systems desirable High standard of English language (written and oral) High standard of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office Suite Right to work in the UK If you think this is the role for you and you have the necessary skills and attributes, please apply today or contact JMC Aviation for more details.
