We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager in public practice to join a dynamic and forward-thinking public practice client in North Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a key leadership role within a growing and reputable firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients across varied sectors.
This will include developing the client relationships and ensuring that expectations are managed accordingly.
Overseeing a team of staff and supporting in their development you will report directly to partners/directors.

Key Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience.Proven experience in audit and assurance, ideally within a practice environment.Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and audit procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.A proactive approach with a strong focus on delivering results.
