Smart Contract Audit Manager – UK/Europe/USA – Fully Remote Plexus are working with a top codebase security and smart contract auditing platform, focusing on ensuring the safety and security of data passed on chain.
Working multi-chain, but with a focus on the EVM environment, they are looking for an Auditing Manager to lead their team of Auditors.
Details as follows: Responsibilities Lead a remote team of engineers, security engineers + auditors, including managing community auditing relations, bounties and recruiting Project Delivery, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time including code/smart contract audit reviews Foster growth and expansion within the team, supporting staff to upskill and remain up-to-date with relevant blockchain topics Requirements Experience with a Web3 Security or Auditing Platform, professional level (Web2 Security experience also desirable, but you will need to be able to read Solidity/Smart Contract code) Strong practical or conceptual understanding of EVM + blockchain architecture as well as Solidity/Smart contract writing 3+ years managing remote engineering/security teams including project management, roadmap planning, customer success and technical queries Offer/Benefits Fully remote Competitive Salary + Stock Options Health Benefits (USA only) Gym/Wellness benefits Sound like you?
