This role involves developing internal audit capabilities, scheduling audits, and peer reviewing risk-themed audits.
The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation.Key Responsibilities of the Audit Manager:Support the development and execution of a flexible, risk-based audit planOwn and supervise the delivery of assigned audits, ensuring efficient execution and high standardsBuild credible relationships with key stakeholders and other assurance functionsCoach and support colleagues on internal control and risk management mattersManage audit assignments within agreed budgets and timescalesRequired knowledge and experience for the Audit Manager role:Demonstrable subject matter expertise in a financial services environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsProven relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilitiesRelevant professional qualification (e.g., accounting, internal audit, or risk)Experience in adapting and delivering in a fast-paced commercial environmentIf you're an experienced Audit Manager looking for a challenging role in a dynamic financial institution, we want to hear from you.
