THE ROLE AUDIT ANALYST - GLASGOW Our Audit department continues to evolve and grow, assisting a wide variety of clients across a range of industries.
We are looking for ambitious, forward-thinking Audit Analyst to join our team at this exciting time.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the senior management team to deliver audit and accounting services; Responsible for the planning implementation and completion of a variety of audit clients and will be required to support other members of the audit team; Visiting client sites to oversee the Audit including supporting junior team members and being responsible for complex file areas; Communicate effectively with both junior members of the team and management, ensuring management receive appropriate information relevant to the audit; Plan and complete audit assignments and ensure that all audits have the appropriate and sufficient documentation to support the opinion and to document all conclusions reached Preparation of statutory financial statements from client data; Assist with the development of more junior members within the team and ensure workload on audit is evenly distributed where appropriate to junior members of the team; Manage and develop client relationships; Complete all administration in a timely manner (including timesheets and fees) and to a high standard; and Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION Skills required A professional accountancy qualification - ACCA/ICAS or equivalent Newly qualified or part qualified considered Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to build strong relationships Experience of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).
Experience in Xero/Sage/Quickbooks is desirable Experience using CCH also desirable.
