Audit & Accounts Supervisor £52,000 - £56,000

Our team consists of dedicated professionals across multiple disciplines, including audit, accounting, business advisory, tax, and corporate finance, working together to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
As our office continues to grow, we are looking for supervisors to join our general practice team.

Overseeing audits, including planning, execution, and finalisation of jobs.
Delivering complete audit files for manager review.
Supervising the fieldwork of audit teams, reviewing junior team members' work, and providing guidance on technical accounting and audit matters.
Ensuring compliance with primary accounting frameworks (e.g.Drafting recommendations for management improvements based on audit findings.
Preparing tax computations and Corporation Tax returns (CT600).
Preparing statutory accounts and consolidated accounts for various entities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Maintaining close liaison with clients and stakeholders, including direct contact with senior management.
Motivating and encouraging team members to achieve high performance.
Providing a professional, efficient, and personal service to clients.
Assisting with internal training and development of junior staff.
Engaging in special projects as needed, such as company valuations and HMRC investigations.
Supporting practice development by identifying business development opportunities and attending client gatherings.

Qualified in ACA/ACCA or an equivalent internationally recognized chartered accounting qualification.
Technical proficiency in relevant accounting and auditing standards.
