My client Initially started in 1932 the group now operates an impressive 18 practices as well as a manufacturing and wholesale site.
Today they follow the same standards of personal and professional service with great attention to detail.
Over the last 4 years they have introduced hearing care services in most of their branches and have significant growth plans for more audiology clinics.
From hearing checks to wax removal and trials of the latest hearing aid technology you will be able to offer independent, impartial advice to your patients.
You will be focused on providing a complete p ??? atient pathway and have a holistic approach for all your patients offering them a whole hearing solution to meet their every day needs.
You will need: To be patient focused and always put patient needs To be fully qualified and HCPC registered To have demonstable expereince of working to KPI's and a good sales track record To be experienced working within the private sector of hearing care To hold a full Uk driving licence and be willing to travel to different clinics To be self motivated with a hunger to grow and develop personally and professionally To be able to work collaboratively with the Optical team to maximise patient care for ears and eyes Ideally wax removal trained using Loops or Endoscopes- although training will be provided You will receive Basic salary £40k - £55k Depending on experience Bonus structure with no time limits Pension 20 days holiday increases over time These roles require all applicants to be eligible to work within the UK / EU without restriction.
