Join TLA, the leading automotive martech partner, as an Audience Researcher and play a key role in shaping how we understand and engage with car-buying audiences.The Opportunity: Audience ResearcherAs an Audience Researcher, you'll work across commercial, product, CRO, and marketing teams to identify audience behaviours and traits, provide actionable insights, and enhance TLA's understanding of target markets.
Your work will be central to our 2025 objective of becoming car-buying audience experts, a critical step toward improving lead generation, reducing costs, and boosting conversion rates.Reporting to CRO & Insights, this role also contributes to the development of TLA's insights engine, integrating cutting-edge methodologies to deliver industry-leading research outputs to internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities Conduct primary (quantitative and qualitative) and secondary (desk-based) audience research to uncover behaviours, traits, and market trends.
Design and analyse surveys and support qualitative research initiatives.
Extract, interpret, and evaluate data sets to inform marketing, CRO, and product strategies.
Enhance the insights engine by integrating new datasets and methodologies with our BI team.
Support product teams with consumer research and user testing of prototypes and products.
Monitor and report on industry trends to anticipate shifts in consumer preferences.
Present findings in clear, actionable formats to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to develop tools such as surveys and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with data management policies and GDPR legislation.

Data Analysis: Ability to work with survey data, secondary datasets, and data visualisation tools.
Communication: Skilled in presenting insights persuasively to diverse audiences.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Excel, and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
Project Management: Capability to manage multiple research projects, delivering on time and within budget.
Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operational teams.
Desirable Experience Prior experience in audience research or consumer insights within automotive, marketing, or technology sectors.
Familiarity with automotive or B2B market dynamics is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with user testing or audience segmentation tools.
