We prioritise your growth by providing you with a mentor and training manager throughout the programme You will be based either in our Business Tax or Private Client service line, where you'll gain valuable commercial insights into how organisations operate and the challenges they face.
Your responsibilities will grow as you progress through the programme, with the potential to supervise other trainees by your second year.
