We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Yeovil branch.
Have you recently graduated from university and are wondering what to do next?

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be required to; source candidates, interview and screen them, liaise with customers and match candidates to roles.
You will also be required to undertake business development activities.
Recruitment can be a really rewarding job as it's a role where you have two customers to please; the candidate that you place into work and the company where you place them.
Finding someone a job gives you a feel-good factor; especially when this turns into a long term role or a permanent job.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you get to meet and build relationships with all kinds of different people from all walks of life.
