We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Enterprise Sourcing Office – Inter-Affiliate Framework to join the Sourcing Strategy Execution function of the Enterprise Resiliency and Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
You will provide operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Third-Party Governance (TPG) business processes, focusing on the governance of the Inter-Affiliates engagements.
You will manage Inter-Affiliate engagements through their lifecycle ensuring that all phases of the lifecycle (planning, due diligence, contracting, ongoing monitoring and termination) operate in line with the ESO policies and procedures.
You will complete daily operational activities and support the ESO leadership to execute its operational plans.
You will support with analysing processes for efficiency and improvements.
Partner with the business stakeholders and support them in their efforts to remain compliant with the ESO policies.
Execute controls as defined by the ESO framework and support various reporting requirements.
Support review of the processes to deliver compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide administrative support (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, meeting scheduling, etc.) to ESO Management, as needed.

Education and experience
Min Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred
Relevant years of total work experience preferred
