Associate Solicitor

Our client, a top 100 Law Firm specialising in claimant only cases, is seeking an Associate Consultant 0-3 years PQE for their Personal Injury Team.
You will be part of a team that seeks access to justice and rehabilitation for adults and children who have been catastrophically injured, including as a result of brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and complex orthopaedic problems.
You will assist the Partner and run your own case load, investigating and pursuing serious injury litigation.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in serious personal injury and you will be a qualified lawyer with solid demonstrable experience in Personal Injury.
This role would ideally suit lawyers with 0-3 years of relevant post qualification experience who have demonstrable knowledge in conduct of cases from initial advice through to trial.
You will also need substantial experience in dealing sensitively with clients and experts and you will be adept at calculating losses in Schedule of Loss (often large and complex).
