Associate/Senior Associate, Private Client – Glasgow/Edinburgh

Join a renowned law firm in Glasgow as they grow their Private Client team, with openings for an Asset Protection Associate.
Your main responsibility would be to deliver client-focused legal services, specifically in the areas of tax and succession planning.The role encompasses providing counsel on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, preparing wills, engaging in comprehensive estate planning, managing Powers of Attorney, overseeing intricate executry administration, and handling the establishment and management of trusts.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE level with a proven track record of providing a good client experience.
