Associate/Senior Associate, Ipdc – Edinburgh

This market-leading firm is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join its IP, Data, and Contracts Team in Edinburgh.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' PQE, up to Legal Director level, with proven experience working within an IP/IT team.You will be involved in providing the full range of commercial contract, data protection, e-commerce and IP advice to an entrepreneurial client base.
The role will bring an interesting, varied and challenging workload, and will involve drafting and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts, in particular non-contentious and contentious IP/IT disputes.
