Associate Research Director

Harnham have partnered with a high growth award-winning research agency that mostly works with FMCG and automotive clients that is looking for a Qualitative Associate Director.

The Role: As a Qualitative Associate Director, you will be responsible for the following:
Leading international and domestic projects for some of the world's best brands and businesses.
Running qualitative projects, including multi-market focus group studies in Sweden and the UK for brand updates and concept testing.
Embracing new ideas, building creative solutions to interesting challenges, and working at the cutting-edge of marketing and strategic thinking.
Skills and Experience: Deep knowledge and wide experience of contemporary qualitative research methods, with confidence in designing research approaches that address client challenges.
Ability to design and run productive and inspiring research analysis sessions, calling on team support when necessary.
Experienced and confident moderator across multiple methodologies, including virtual and face-to-face IDIs and groups, as well as online platforms.
Responsible for designing and overseeing the writing of research materials (pre-tasks, discussion guides, etc.)
that align with project objectives.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and builds positive team morale on projects.
The Benefits: As a Qualitative Associate Director, you can earn a base salary of up to £70,000 along with an aggressive benefits package.
