Job Purpose To provide a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects of real estate dispute resolution in line with the firm's standards of performance.
Ensure exemplary client care establishing trust and confidence and demonstrate strong financial management, commercial awareness and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities Handle a wide range of contentious property matters for clients including property companies, corporate occupiers and private clients.
Such disputes would include those (a) arising out of residential and commercial leases; (b) arising out of the buying and selling of land and (b) arising out of the development of land.
The successful candidate will be expected to meet the Firm's quality standards including:

Person Specification Education Law degree (or conversion) and LPC.
Successful Admittance to the Roll of Solicitors.
4-5 years PQE (indicative only).
