Job Description: Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements. Summarize contractual and transactional issues for clients. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Share legal and sector knowledge internally and externally. Requirements: 2-4 years post-qualification experience.
