Your new role As our new Associate Electrical Engineer, you will support the growth of the UK Healthcare Team. You will be working with our existing team on healthcare projects throughout the UK, with opportunities to support international healthcare projects. You will have a deep focus on technical delivery and an excellent understanding of client care.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Lead and develop a team of Electrical Engineers, managing teams of MEP Engineers, frequently working with colleagues from other engineering disciplines, e.g. structural engineersRaise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare TeamDevelop and oversee electrical concepts and design philosophiesInspire and enthuse the engineers and technicians on your projectsLiaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetingsSupport key accounts and develop new clientsSupport UK Healthcare team sector business development strategiesProduce high quality fee proposalsImplement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero carbon, innovative and quality advisory and design servicesManage your own projects and act as MEP or electrical engineering project manager to allocate resources and co-ordinate tasksYour new team You will be part of an expanding and dynamic team.
